Message from the Founders
The funds already invested have been used for key stages of Siam Pictures' development:
- Preparation and start of soundstage construction, including engineering systems
- Purchase of professional filming and lighting equipment and accessories for filming
- Construction of set modules and technical areas within the soundstage
- Organization of the filming process for three seasons of the reality show "Otletevshie"
- Full financing of the two seasons already filmed, including editing, sound, and production; financing of the pre-production period for the third season; and a marketing campaign to promote the first season
The investment funds will be used for:
- Completion of the pavilion construction
- Additional purchase of necessary equipment
- Production of film projects: reality shows, series, feature films, and talk shows
- Payment of A-list actors for key projects
- Additional purchase of specialized equipment and materials for the construction of large-scale sets
- Formation of a payroll fund for the technical and film crews
Investors can claim a total shareholding in the film company in the amount of 25% to 50%, as well as shares in individual film projects upon additional agreement.
Thus, Investors receive:
- Profit sharing from all projects on an indefinite basis
- Option to exit at the end of the investment term
- Return on investment within 2 years (June 2025 – May 2027) through revenue from content, advertising, film festivals, distribution, and rentals
- Participation in filming with the opportunity to personally play a key or supporting role in each Siam Pictures project or delegate this right to a protégé
- Personal Cinema – the production of a full-length feature film based on the Investor's script, about them or their business

In the event of non-return or partial return of the invested funds within the specified period, the Investor will receive 15 roles in the film company's upcoming projects on a priority basis — for themselves or their representatives (children, relatives, friends, partners, protégés). We guarantee:

At the Investor's request, we create:

- Script of the Investor's choice
- Full cycle: filming, editing, publication, promotion
- Additionally: 5 more acting roles in the film company's upcoming future projects on a priority basis
Condition: withdrawal from the founders
If the Investor's funds are not repaid on time or are not fully repaid, and the Investor chooses one of the scenarios described above, they:
